1. What this covers
Cookies are small files or values stored by a website on a device. Similar technologies include local browser storage and cached app data. This page explains how Call Register currently uses these technologies.
2. Essential storage used by Call Register
Call Register and its underlying authentication/hosting services use essential storage to:
- keep a user securely signed in and authenticate requests;
- protect accounts and prevent misuse;
- remember service state needed to provide requested functions;
- support reliable loading, local caching and offline resilience;
- sync saved work when a connection is available.
These functions are necessary to provide the service a user asks for. Blocking them in browser settings may prevent login or stop the app working correctly.
3. Optional analytics and advertising
Call Register does not currently use optional analytics, behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Partner adverts displayed inside a branded account are visual content supplied by that partner; Call Register does not currently place tracking cookies for those adverts. Following an external advert link takes the user to another website with its own privacy and cookie practices.
4. Consent
Because the current storage is limited to essential service operation, Call Register does not presently display an optional-cookie consent banner. If analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology is introduced, it must remain off until the required choice and consent controls are provided, and this page must be updated.
5. Managing storage
Browsers let users view, block or delete cookies and site data. Doing so may sign the user out, remove locally cached information or prevent Call Register from functioning. Instructions are available in the browser’s privacy or website-data settings.
